Motion carried: - Trustee McNulty offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption. Trustee Stafford seconds the motion. Motion carried. RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK NO. J-11, RESOLVED THAT vJ"fIMMAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did, on the 20th day of July,: 1927, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. J-11 to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. J-11, headod "NOTICE OF I14PROVEPdE MI , were duly and regularly posted along the line of said contem- plated work and improvements and in front of all the property liable to be assessed therefor, and on all of the streets in the district to be assessed therefor, in time, form, manner and number as required by law, as appears from the affidavits of C L Dimmii•t Supt of Streets of the Town of Redwood City and now on file in the, office of the Clerk cf said Town; and WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavits of said C L Dimmitt, hereinbefore re- ferred to herein, that the posting of said notices of improvement as aforesaid was completed on the 27th day of June 1927; and WHEREAS, in and by said Resolution of Intention No► J-12 and the notices of the passage thereof posted as aforesaid, said Board of Trustees of the Town. of Redwood City fixed Monday, the 18th day of July 1927, at the hour of 8 o'clock.p L of said day at the meeting place of said Board of Trustees in the council chamber in the Town. Fall on Webster Street in said Tovm of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California as the day, hour and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. J-11 or to the district to be assessed for said work and improvements ate to be done and- made, ndmade, could appear before said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out in accordance with saicl_Resolution of Inten- tion No. J-11 or why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the proposed grades as shovn on the plans, profiles and specifications referred to in said Resolution of Intention No. J-11 and now on file in the office of the clerk of the Town. of Redwood City; and MMEAS, at the day, hour and place aforesaid when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said LLLLIIII!!!!!!!! Resolution of Intention No. J-11, or having any objections to the district to be assesses therefor, or having any objections to the proposed grades at which said work and im- provements are to be done and made could appear before the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood Oity and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. J-11, or why said pro- posed work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the proposed grades as shown on the plans, profiles and specifications referred to in said Resolution of Intention No: J-11 and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town. of Redwood City, no person or persons appeared and no objections of any kind were made against said work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. J-11 or to , the extent of the district to be assessed therefor and said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to order said work and improvements, 267
