RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM AND DESIGNATING NE71SPAPER RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that the diagram of the assessment district under Resolution of Intention No. I-14, passed and adopted August 30th, 1926, as prepared by 0. L. Dimmitt, Town Engineer of said Town, and submitted this 8th day of August, 1927, be and the same is hereby adopted and ap- proved as the diagram of the assessment district for the work described in said Resolution of Intention No. I-14, which Resolution of Intention is now on file in the office of 'the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City be and he is hereby ordered to endorse ugon said diagram the approval of same by this Board of Trustees. And be it further resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed and cir- culated in said Town of redwood City, be and the same is hereby dsignated as the newspaper in which to publish the "Notice of filing street assessment and of time fixed for hearing thereon" and "Notice of filing unpaid assessment list and of time fixed for hearing thereon" for the street work done under Resolution of Intention No. I-14, hereinbefore referred to herein. Reference being hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. I-14, which is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City, for a description of the work and improvements referred to herein. Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 8th day of August, 1927, by the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution: Trustees Z.
