3 02 The Clerk of the Town of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to post a <br />notice of said work and improvements together with the plans,.profiles and specifications <br />therefor conspicously for five days on or rear the council chamber door of the Council <br />of said Town of Redwood City inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work and <br />making the improvements ordered herein. Said Town Clerk is also ordered and directed to <br />publish a notice inviting such sealed proposals or bids and referring to the plans, pro <br />files and specifications posted or on file for the period required by law in the Redwood <br />City Tribune, a daily newspaper of general circulation published, printed and circulated <br />` in the Town of Redwood City, and hereby designed for that purpose by the Council of said <br />Town. <br />a <br />It is further ordered that said sealed proposals or bids be publicly opened, <br />examined and declared by the Council of said Town of Redwood City at the hour of 7.30 <br />o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 3rd day of October, 1927. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at the hour of <br />rill, <br />9.15 o'clock, P.M. at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 6th day of September, <br />19279 by the following vote; } <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Councilmen <br />Z.T.T.JThor ting, D.R.Stafford, E.IVI.Dearborn, G.W.IulcNulty. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Councilmen. <br />NONE. <br />ABSENT, Councilmen, H.A.Beeger. <br />.Attest <br />G.
