3 02 The Clerk of the Town of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to post a notice of said work and improvements together with the plans,.profiles and specifications therefor conspicously for five days on or rear the council chamber door of the Council of said Town of Redwood City inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work and making the improvements ordered herein. Said Town Clerk is also ordered and directed to publish a notice inviting such sealed proposals or bids and referring to the plans, pro files and specifications posted or on file for the period required by law in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper of general circulation published, printed and circulated ` in the Town of Redwood City, and hereby designed for that purpose by the Council of said Town. a It is further ordered that said sealed proposals or bids be publicly opened, examined and declared by the Council of said Town of Redwood City at the hour of 7.30 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 3rd day of October, 1927. Passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at the hour of rill, 9.15 o'clock, P.M. at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 6th day of September, 19279 by the following vote; } Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Councilmen Z.T.T.JThor ting, D.R.Stafford, E.IVI.Dearborn, G.W.IulcNulty.
