<br />Regular adjourn meeting of the City Council held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present Councilmen, Z.TrThorning, D.R.Stafforcl, GX.McNul1Y,
<br />E.P,I.Dearbornm City Clerk 11I.A.2rice
<br />Absent, Councilmen, H.A.Beeger.
<br />Moved by Councilman Thorning, seconded by Councilman Stafford, Councilman McNulty,
<br />be appointed chairman pro -tem, Mo;Cion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Thorning, seconded by Councilman Stafford, minutes of previous
<br />meeting be dispensed with until next regular meeting. Motion carried.
<br />Application of the Pacific Gas & Elect Cc for permission to set poles on Allerton
<br />ave, and replace poles on Hopkins Ave as per Blue print #1411-H. also to set pole on Po-
<br />plar Ave, as per Blue print #1412-R, was on motion of Councilman Stafford, seconded by
<br />Councilman Dearborn said permits be granted. Motion carded..
<br />Communication from the Tacoma Mill Co in regards to the re-apptraisment of thier
<br />property in this dlty, as the protest was received to late it was on motion of Council-
<br />man Thorning, seconded by Councilman Stafford same be received and filed, Motion carried.
<br />Affidavit of Sam H. Winklebleck in the matter of Publishing, and affidavit of W.A.
<br />Price City Clerk in the matter of posting near Council chamber door calling for sealed
<br />bids under Resolution of Intention No.J-12, and Resolution of Intention No. J-13, was or,
<br />Councilman
<br />motion of/Trnmt Thorning, seconded by Councilman Dearborn said affidavits be received
<br />and filed. Motion carried.
