<br />G The City Council of the Town of Red-
<br />wood City does hereby ordain as fol-
<br />lows, to -wit:
<br />GSection 1. It is hereby declared un -
<br />G'+ lawful for any person or persons
<br />within the Town of Redwood City to
<br />park or leave any automobile standing
<br />upon any street In said Town between
<br />It the hours of 1:30 o'clock A. M. of any
<br />day and 0 o'clock A. M. oL_ said day
<br />without a Permit from the Police De -
<br />n Partment of said Town of Redwood

<br />City.
<br />Section 2, Any person violating any
<br />G of the provisions of this ordinance
<br />shall be deemed guilty of a nfisdemean.
<br />or, and upon conviction thereof shall
<br />ybe punished by a fine not exceeding
<br />C� three hundred ($300) dollars or by im-
<br />prisonment in the County Satl of .the
<br />Wa County of San Mateo not exceeding
<br />ninety (90) days, or by both such fine
<br />and Imprisonment.
<br />G Section S. All ordinances or pants of
<br />- ordinances in conflict with this ordin-
<br />ance are hereby repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall be
<br />-published once in the Redwood City
<br />Standard, a weekly newspaper Publish-
<br />ed, printed and circulated In said Town
<br />of Redwood City and shall take effect

<br />(30) days after its passage.
