<br />RESOLVED.that the said-Board•of-4-rustees hereby rejects all of said proposals or
<br />bids except that next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing thb�lsail
<br />work and making said improvements to the lowest regular responsible bidder, to -wit:

<br />The Town Clerk is hereby directed to publish a notice of this award in the Redwood
<br />City Tribune, a daily _ap.17epaper published, printed and circulated in said Town of Redw-
<br />ood City and hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees of said Town,
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regul-
<br />ar meeting of said Board held on the 7th day of June, 1926, by the following vote:

<br />Affidavit of Dam H. Winklebleck in the matter of publishing notice inviting
<br />sealed proposals for the improvement of a portion of Jefferson Ave, was on motion of
<br />Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Dearborn same be received and filed. Motion carried
<br />The following bids were received for the improvement of portion of Jefferson Ave,
<br />and were publicly opened, examined and declared, to -wit:

<br />Item 1. - For constructing pavement complete, the sum of 0.34 cents 1365.78

<br />On motion of Trustee Dearborn, seconded by Trustee McNulty, the Hanrahan Company
<br />being the lowest bidder said contract be awarded them at the price named in their bid
<br />and the certfied check be returned to the unsueeigsful bidder. Iviotion carried.

<br />C.I..Dimmitt, Supt of Streets in the matter of posting, for improvements under Resolutio
<br />„ of Intention No. I-5-, was on motion of Trustee Thorning, seconded by Trustee McNulty,
<br />{� said affidavits be received and filed. Motion carried.
<br />Trustee Dearborn offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption, Trustee
<br />Thorning seconds the motion. Motion carried.
<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK NO. 1-5,
<br />RESOLVED, that whereas, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did,
<br />on the 17th day of May, 1926 pass its Resolution of Intention No. I-5 to order the her-
<br />einafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood
<br />City, which Resolution of Ientention No. I-5 was duly and legally published as required
<br />by law. as appears from the affidavit of Sam H. Winklebleck, now on file in the office
<br />r of the Clerk of said Towm: and
