<br />WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavit of said C.L.Dimmitt, Street SuperinteAdeni
<br />hereinbefore referred to herein that'the posting of said notices of improvement was com-
<br />pleted on the 26th day of Iday, 1926; and
<br />WHEREAS, in and by said Resolution of Intention No. I-5 and the notice of the pa-
<br />ssage thereof posted as aforesaid, said Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City fil
<br />xed Monday, the 7th day of June, 1926 at the hour of 8 o'clock P.m. of said day.,at the
<br />meeting place of the Board of Trustees, in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall on WebstAr
<br />Street in said Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, as the da?
<br />hour and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed
<br />work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention Ido. I-5, or to the propoied
<br />district to be assessed therefor, or to the proposed grades at which said work is to be
<br />done and made, could appeslr before said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed
<br />work and improvements should be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intent-
<br />ion No: I-5, or why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and
<br />done at the grades shown on the plans, profiles and specificatins referred to in said
<br />Resolution of Intention No. I-5; and
<br />WHEREAS, at the day, hour and place fixed in said Resolution of Intention No. I -j c w.

<br />rsons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said
<br />olution of Intention No. I-5, or having any objections to the proposed district to be
<br />sessed therefor, or having any objections to the proposed grades at which said work
<br />improvements are to be done and made could appear before the Board of Trustees and
<br />cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out in accord -
<br />e with said Resolution of Intention No. I-5, or why said proposed work and improve-
<br />s should not be carried out and done at the grades as shown on the plans, profiles
<br />specifications referred to in said Resolution of Intention No. I-5', no person or
<br />ersons appeared before said Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City objecting to
<br />work and improvements, and no objections of any kind or nature were made against the:'

<br />the propoesd distrmct to be assessed therefor, or against the proposed grades at which
<br />work and improvements are to be done and made, and said Board of Trustees now havixi&
<br />quired jurisdiction to proceed and order said work and improvements;
<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that 'the public interest and convenience require th,e
<br />work and improvements herein described, and the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood
