Redwood City A4yl-t300 1928, 8 o'clock, P.M. <br />Regular adjourned meeting of the�City Council held. <br />Upon roll call there were present Councilmen Mayor H.A.Beeger, Z.T.Thorning, D.R. <br />Stafford, G.W.McNulty, E.M.Dearborn, City Clerk W.A.Price. <br />Minutes of meeting held July 16th, 1928, was on motion of Councilman McNulty, secondr�d <br />. 6 <br />by Councilman Dearborn, same be dispensed with until next regular meeting. Motion carried. <br />Application of E.A.Dowty for permission to operate an Ice Cream truck around the resi- <br />dence district, was on motion of Councilman Dearborn, seconded by Councilman MCNulty,saic, <br />application be received and file for future refernee. Motion carried. <br />Application of Albert J. Norton for a permit to erect a temporary Shoe Shine stand or- <br />vacant <br />nvacant at#76 and#90, Broadway, was on motion of Councilman Dearborn seconded by Council- <br />nan McNulty a temporary permit be granted, same to be revokable at anytime.Motion carries,. <br />Commmnication from Leonard & Halt to have Jefferson Ave improved from Ruby Street to <br />the City limits, was on motion of Councilman Dearborn, seconded by Councilman Stafford <br />same be referred to the City Engineer to prepare Plans and Specifications, Motion carries.. <br />Moved by Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Dearborn that a warrant be drawn <br />>n the Broadway Commissioners to take care of the purchase and removal of the Wahl and <br />Buildings. Motion carried. <br />On motion of Councilman Thorning, seconded by Councilman Stafford the Clerk be inst-, <br />ted to advertise for sealed proposal for the purchase and removal of the Wahl, and <br />el Buildings said bids to be opendd August 13, 1928, at 10 o'clook,A.M. Motion carries,. <br />Moved by Councilman Dearborn, seconded by Councilman McNulty, the.Supt of Streets bo <br />trusted to fix up the roadway at Highway and Woodside Road. Motion carried. <br />Affidavit of Sam H.
