<br />Upon on roll call there were present Councilmen Mayor H.A.Beeger, Z.T.Thorning, D.R.
<br />Stafford, G,W.MeNulty, E.M.Dearborn, City Clerk W.A.Price,
<br />Minutes of meetings held Nov 19th, and 26th, 1928, were read and on motion of Coun-
<br />cilman Thorning, seconded by Councilman Stafford same be approved as read,, Motion earriek,
<br />Affidavit of Sam H. Winklebleck in the matter of Publishing notice of hearing of
<br />Ordinance No, 288, following describled property from the business zone to the light in-
<br />dustrial zone, was on motion of Councilman Dearborn'seconded by Councilman McNulty, said
<br />affidavit be received and filed. Motion carried.

<br />referred to the City Tax Collector. Motion carried.
<br />Application of the Pacific Gas and Electric Co, for a permit to set a pole on Topez
<br />St north of Jefferson Ave, also a permit t0 set a pole on Alden St, east of Eaton.St,.
<br />-was on motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Dearborn said permits be granted.

<br />December 17th,1928, at 7,30 o'clock. P.M. specification to be furnished by the City Eng-
<br />ineer office, Motion carried.
<br />Councilman Dearborn offers Ordinance No. 289, (An Ordinance Amending an Ordinance
<br />Entitled "Ordinance No. 251,(an Ordinance regulating and establishing the location of
<br />trades, Businesses, industries and buildings, and regulating and establishing districts
<br />and zones in the Town of Redwood City) and moves its adoption, Councilman McNulty secondA
<br />the motion. Motion carried.
<br />On motion of Councilman Dearborn seconded by Councilman McNulty, the City Engineer
<br />old
<br />be instruuted to investage the roof of the/reservoir and report back to the Council.

<br />Moved by Councilman Dearborn seconded by Councilman McNulty the Clerk be instructed
<br />to write the Planning Commission regarding the set back lines on Minnie and George Stree;s.

<br />proposals for the improvement of Stafford Street, was on motion of Councilman Dearborn
