Motion carried. <br />On motion of Trustee Dearborn, seconded by Trustee McNulty the City Engineer be <br />instructed to prepare plans.and specidica'tions for the improving of Phelps Street from <br />Main street to the City limits. Motion carried. <br />Moved by Trustee Thorning, seconded by Trustee Dearborn the City Clerk be authoriz <br />to purchase 250 feet of 2j- inch Double Jacket fire hose. Motion carried. <br />Moved by Trustee Thorning, seconded by McNulty the City Attorney be instructed to <br />drawn up an ordinance regularing the stopping of automobiles on the different streets <br />leading into the Highway. Motion carried. <br />On motion of Trustee Dearborn, seconded by Trustee McNulty the Clerk be instructed <br />two tapping machines for the water department. Iaiotion carried. <br />Moved by Trustee Dearborn, seconded by Trustee McNulty, the clerk be instructed to <br />notify the property owners on Broadway and Main Street, (D.R.Stafford,H.D.MeGarvey and <br />J.B.Perry)Jas V.Swift) to put curb and sidewalk on a level with the present sidewalk. <br />Motion carried. <br />Repouts of Treasurer, Tax Collector, Chief of Police, Building, Plumbing,Eleet <br />Inspector, Supt of Parks, and Poundmaster, was on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded <br />by Trustee Dearborn same be received and filed.
