<br />assessed therefor, orhaving any objections tp the proposed,grades at which said work and
<br />improvements are to be done and made, could appear beforethe Board.of Trustees of said f
<br />Town and show cause why said proposed work and improvement should not be carried out an
<br />done in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No -I-9, or why said proposed work �nd
<br />improvements -should not be carried out and done at the grades as shown on the plans, pro-
<br />files and specifications referred to in said Resolution, of Intention No. I-9, and now on
<br />file in the office of the Clerk of said.•Town, no person or persons appeared before said
<br />Board of Trustees and no objections of any kind were made against the work and improvements
<br />described in said Resolution of Intention No,. I-9•, or against the district to be assessed
<br />therefor, or against the •grades at which the proposed work and improvements are to be dine
<br />and made, and said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to proceed and order
<br />said work and improvements;

<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the publffic interest and convenience, require- tY�e
<br />work and improvements herein described, and the Board of Trustees of ,the Town of Redwood
<br />City hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said
<br />Town of Redwood City, to -wit:

<br />and making the improvements ordered, Said Town Clerk is also directed and ordered to pub-
<br />lish a notice inviting.suchsealed proposals or bids and referring to the plans, profiles
<br />and specification posted or on file in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper of ge-
