<br />RESOLVED, that said Council of the Town of Redwood City hereby rejects all of said
<br />proposals or bids except that next herein mentioned and hereby awards the contract for doing
<br />said work and making said improvements to the lowest, regular, responsible bidder, to -wit:
<br />PENINSULA PAVING COMPANY, A. CORPORATION, at the prices named in ITS bid.
<br />The Town Clerk is hereby directed to publish a notice of this award twice in the
<br />Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed and circulated in said Town of Red-
<br />wood City, and hereby designated for that purpose by the Council of said Town.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at the hour of 8.50
