<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK NO. L-1.
<br />RESOLVED, THAT WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Redwood City did, on the 4th day
<br />of February, 1929, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. L-1 to order the hereinafter
<br />described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town; and

<br />WHEREAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. L-11 were duly
<br />and legally posted and published, as required by law, as appears from the affidavits of H.L.
<br />,'linter, poster, C.L.Dimmitt Street Superintendent of the Town of Redwood City, and Sam Wink-
<br />lebleck, which affidavits are now on file in the office of the Clerk of said ;!own or Redwood
<br />City; and
<br />WHEREAS, within the time allowed by law, no protests or objections of any kind
<br />against the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention Tdo.L-1,
<br />and hereinafter described, or against the extent of the district to be assessed for said
<br />work and improvements, were made and filed as provided by law; and
<br />WHEREAS, said Council of the Town of Redwood City now having acquired jurisdiction
