<br />AND oD IT r'UR=_Z ORDERUD That with respect to said bonds having a denomination of
<br />5'1000.00 the fir,t coupon to become due and payable thereon shall be of the denomination
<br />of ,,,31.30, and that each of the other coupons attached thereto and which will become pay-
<br />able thereafter shall be of the denomination of 1..35.00.
<br />knd that with respect to ,said bonds having a denomination of .9500.00 the first coupon
<br />to become due and payable thereon shall be of the-enomination of ,,;15.05, and that each of
<br />the other coupons attached thereto and which will become payable thereafter shall be of the
<br />denomination of •;P'17.50.
<br />And that with respect to said bonds having a denomination of .;,;152.29 the first coupon
<br />to become due and payable thereon shall be of the de.zomination of ,,4.'16, and that each of
<br />the other coupons attached thereto and which trill become payable thereafter shall be of the
<br />denominati on of .. 5.33.
<br />Section 2. Said bonds shall be issued in series, 4nd the unpaid as. essments as shown
<br />on said list filed by the Superintendent of Streets and determined by the Council of the
<br />City of :redwood City, together with the interest thereon, shall remain and constitute a trus
<br />fund for the redemption and payment of said bonds and the interest to become due thereon,
<br />which unpaid assessments shall be Payable in annual series corresponding in number to the
<br />number of series of bonds issued, and an even proportion of each us5es:ment shall be pay-
<br />able in each year oreceding the d to of the ;..aturi ty of each of the several series of bonds
<br />is..ued, and such proportion of each a.:sessment coming f`ue in any year, together with the
<br />an.,ual interest thereon, shall in turn be payable in installments as the general taxes of
<br />said Cit;; on real property are payable, and shall become deliquent at the same tirue and in
<br />t_ the Uame proportionate amounts and bear the :game proportionate penalties for delinquency.
<br />Said bonds shall o, signed by the _reasurer of said ity of :redwood City and be
<br />count-ersigned b the Clork of said City, who shall affix thereto the coroorate seal of said City.
<br />The intere.it coupons attached to ._aid bons shall be signed by the _reasurer of said City or
<br />bear his en;zrz:ved, printeO or lithor:•aphed signature, and such signing and .,ealing of said
<br />bonds by said officers, and the siFning of said cou,,.,ns b. ::aid Treasurer, shall constitute
<br />and be a binding e--ecution of each and every one of the said bonds and all of the coupons
<br />thereof resp ctively. Said bonds shall be substantially in the form set forth in the "Im-
<br />provement _sond Act of 1915" of the State of Califor.-.ia, as amended and now in effect.
