I RESOLUTION OF INTENTION No. 5-10 ({ AN ORDER PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS, PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS AND OF THE INTEREST COUPONS ATTACHED THERETO WHEREAS, the Council of the .Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo.; ,State of Californ- ia, did, on the 15th day of October, 19289.pass its Resolution of Intention Nol $-10 for the improvement of portions of Stafford Street, "Al' Street, "B" SUeet, "C" Street, and"D" Street ^ in said City of Redwood City, under and pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911" and the amendments thereto, and to the "Improvement Bond Act Of 1915" and the amend- ments thereto, and to the resolutions, notices and other proceedings of said Council duly ad- opted and taken, reference to said Res.oluti.on of Intention No. 5-10 being hereby a expressly made for a description of said work and for further particulars; and WHEREAS, the contract for said work and improvements was duly awarded and thereafter duly completed to the satisfaction of the Street, Superintendent and of said Council of said City o.f Redwood City, whereupon an assessmentand warrant were made, recorded and delivered to the contractor in time, form and manner as required by said acts, and the contractor hav- ing made due return thereon, and the same having been duly recorded; and WHEREAS, on the 9th day of August, 1929s the Street Superintendent of the City of Red- wood City made and filed with the City Clerk of said City'a complete list of all assessments unpaid thereunder upon the respective assessment numbers thereon, whereupon said City Clerk i gave notice of the filing of said list and fixed in said notice 14onday, the 19th day ,of Aug. 1929, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of.said day, at the meeting place of the Council of the City of Redwood City, in the Council Chamber in the City Hall on Webster Street in said - a City, as the time and place when interested persons might appear before said Council and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said list, said time being that of this regular meeting of said Council; and said Council having heard all objections and having passed upon the same, it is hereby determined that the assess- ments unpaid thereunder and the aggregate amount of the same are as follows: Diagram & Diagram & Diagram & Asst.
