Benning, of the Redwood City firibune in the matter of Publish- ing Notice of Filing unpaid Assessment hist and time fixed for hearing thereon under Res- olution of Intention No. L-2, was on motion of Councilman Stafford, seconded by Councilman Dusel, said affidavit be received and filed. Motion carried. Councilman McCarthy offers the following :resolution and moves its adoption. Council- man Hildebrand seconds the motion. AN ORDER PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF STRE311`IMPROVEMEN T BONDS, PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATIONS OF SUCH BONDS AND OF THE INTEREST COUPONS ATTACHED THERETO WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Redwood City, County of San mateo, State of Calif- ornia, did, on the 4th day of February; 1929, pass its Resolution of Intention No. L-2 for �— the improvement of portions of Broadway and Main Street in said City of Redwood City, under ; and pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911" and the amendments thereto, and to the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915" and the amendments thereto, and to the resolutions, notices and other proceedings of said Council duly adopted and taken, reference to said , I Resolution of Intention No. L-2 being hereby expressly made for a description of said work J and for further particulars; and ' r WHEREAS, the contract for said work and improvements was duly awarded and thereafter duly completed to the satisfaction of the Street Superintendent and of said Council of said City.of Redwood City, whereupon an assessment and warrant were made, recorded and delivered to the contractor in time, form and manner as required by said acts, and the contractor hav- ing made due return thereon, and the same having been duly recorded; and WHEREAS', on the 27th day of September, 1929, the Street Superintendent of the City of E Redwood City made and filed with the City Clerk of said City a complete list of all assess- ments unpaid thereunder upon the respective assessment numbers thereon, whereupon said City Clerk gave notico of the filing of said list and fixed in said notice I-donday, the 7th day of 1 October, 1929, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, at the meting place of the Council of the City of Redwood City, in the Council Chamber in the City tall on Webster Street in said City, as the time and place when interested persons might appear before said Council and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assess- ments shown on said list, said time being that of this regular meeting of said Council; and said Council having heard all objections and having passed upon the same, it is hereby de- termined that the assessments unpaid thereunder and the aggregate amount of the same are as follows: Diagram & Diagram & Diagram & Asst.
