194 <br />included within the lines above described, be improved by <br />being graded and paved with a cement concrete pavement six <br />(6) inches in thickness laid upon a base of broken stone <br />three (3) inches in thickness after rolling with a cushion <br />of sand one (1) inch in thickness laid between said broken <br />stone base and said concrete pavement, said pavement to <br />extend for the full width of said alley, excepting, however, <br />therefrom a strip six (6) inches in width along the <br />northerly and northeasterly and southerly and southwesterly <br />property lines of said alley. <br />That a six (6) inch vitrified salt glazed tile pipe <br />sewer be constructed in the alley running through Perry's <br />Subdivision, as said subdivision is hereinbefore referred <br />to, from the manhole at the end of the sewer already.built <br />at a point which is distant 159 feet westerly along said <br />alley from the southwesterly line of Perry Street and extend- <br />ing northwesterly therefrom and distant five (5) feet southerly <br />from and parallel to the northerly side of said alley a distance <br />of 403 feet; and also that three (3) brick manholes with <br />cast iron frames and covers be constructed along the line of <br />said sewer in said alley; and also that twelve (12), four (4) <br />inch vitrified salt glazed tile pipe sewer laterals be con- <br />structed along the line of said sewer to be constructed in <br />said alley and extending from the main sewer to be constructed <br />as herein provided to the northerly property line.of said <br />alley. <br />That a strip of pavement on El Camino Real at the <br />termination of George Street eight (8) feet in width and <br />71.97 feet in length be removed and be replaced with a <br />cement concrete pavement six (6) inches inthickness laid <br />upon a base of broken stone three (3) inches in thickness <br />after rolling, with a cushion of sand one (1) inch in <br />thickness laid between said broken stone base and said <br />concrete pavement. <br />That a twelve (12) inch cement concrete storm water <br />sewer be constructed from the three (3) foot by five (5) <br />foot concrete culvert to be constructed across Minnie Street <br />as hereinbefore provided to a point on the northerly curb <br />return on the southwesterly side of Perry Street at Broadway, <br />said storm water sewer to be laid on a line parallel to and <br />distant three and one-half ('32) feet -westerly from the <br />westerly curb line of Minnie Street and along the extension <br />of said line across Broadway, said cement concrete storm water <br />sewer to be provided with three (3) cement concrete catch - <br />basins with cast iron frames and gratings, one of said catch <br />.basins to beā¢built on the line,of said sewer at the north- <br />erly curb line of Broadway, one of such catch basins to be <br />.built on the line'of said sewer at the southerly curb line <br />of Broadway, and one of such catch basins to be built on <br />the line of said sewer at the northerly curb line of George <br />Street. <br />Reference is hereby made to the patent license agreement <br />of McEverlast.. Incorporated, dated the 12th day of October, <br />1928, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City <br />of Redwood City, and the same is made a part hereof. <br />Reference is hereby made to the patent license agreement <br />of Concrete Curing Inc. dated the 2nd day of December, 1929, <br />and now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of <br />Redwpod City, and the same is made a part hereof. <br />Reference is hereby made to the patent license agreement <br />of the Street Lighting and Equipment Company of California, <br />dated March lat. 1930, and now on,f ile in the office of the <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood'City, and the same is made a <br />part hereof. <br />Passed and adopted by the Couhcil of the City of Redwood <br />City at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 7th day of <br />April, 1930s by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: W.J.Dusel, C.J.Hildebrant, P.A.McCarthy, G.W.MeNulty, <br />D.R.Stafford, Z.T.Thorning, H.A.Beeger. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Councilmen: NONE. <br />Absent: Councilmen: NONE. <br />H.
