20, Said bonds shall be_signed by the Treasurer of said Town of Redwood City and be a . countersigned by the Clerk of said Town, who shall affix thereto the corporate seal z of said Town. The interest coupons attached to said bonds shall be signed by the Treasurer of said Townor bear his engraved, printed or lithographed signature, l 4_ i7 s and such signitg_,and sealing of said bonds by said officers, and the signing of said .,_y� s• coupons by said Treasurer, shall constitute, and be a binding excution of each and x every one of said bonds and all of the coupons thereof respectively. Said bonds shall be substantially in the form set forth in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915" of the State of California, as amended and ,now in effect.
