<br />Regular meetin of the City Council held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present Rouncilmen Mayor H.A.Beeger, Z.T. Thorning, D.R.Stafford
<br />G.W.McNulty, E.M.Dearborh, W.A.Price. City Clerk.
<br />Minutes of meetings held January 21st, and 28th, 1929 were read and on motion of Council -
<br />a
<br />man McNulty, seconded by Councilman Dearborn same be approved as read. Motion carried. �
<br />On motion of Councilman Thorning,,seconded by Councilman Stafford. and carried tkg Al Mark
<br />graf be granted permission to hold dances in Foresters Hall Saturday evenings Feb 2,9,16, and
<br />Wednesday evenings Feb 6, 139 20, and 27, 1929.
<br />Communication from Newbery -Pearce Electric Co, regarding Street Improvement Bonds numbers
<br />35 and 39, Series No33 in the amount of $69.97, was on motion of Councilman Dearborn, seconde
<br />by Councilman McNulty, the Finance Committee authorize the City Treasurer to pay said bonds.
<br />Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Stafford, seconded by Councilman McNulty, the City donate to the Boy
<br />Scouts drive the sum of ,,50.00. Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Thorning the Mayor .and. Clerk of the
<br />Board .be authorized to sign agreement with other credits of the Towne Estate. Motion carried.
<br />On motion of Councilman Thorning seconded by Councilman Dearborn the City purchase 250 ft
<br />of 2-J inch Murray double jacket fire hose. Motion carried.
<br />On motion of Councilman Stafford seconded by Councilman McNulty, the communication from
<br />Fire Underwriters be received and filed. Motion carried.

<br />Councilman Stafford the claims passed on and
<br />O.Ked by,the Finance Committee be allowed and
<br />warrants drawn on the respectful funds for the
<br />y'
<br />payment of same. Motion carried.

<br />McNulty seconds the motion. Motion
