<br />of Redwood City from the north.
<br />easterly line of Heller Street
<br />northeasterly to the southwesterly
<br />line of the Middlefield Road and
<br />from the northeasterly line of the
<br />Middlefield Road northeasterly to
<br />the southwesterly line of Stam-
<br />baugh Street and also that por-
<br />tion of the intersection of Chest
<br />nut Street with Stambaugh Street
<br />lying between the southeasterly
<br />line of Chestnut Street extended
<br />northeasterly Eicross Stambaugh
<br />Street and a line parallel to and
<br />distant two "(2) feet southeasterly
<br />from the southeasterly rail of the
<br />Southern Pacific Railroad Com
<br />pany's spur track; excepting how
<br />ever from the above described
<br />work on Chestnut Street the ares
<br />embraced between the rails and a
<br />line parallel to and two (2)" feet
<br />distant from each rail of the
<br />Southern Pacific Railroad Com-
<br />pany's spur track on Chestnut
<br />Street, be Improved as follows, to -
<br />wit:
<br />1. That all that portion of Chest-
<br />nut Street herein described and
<br />between the existing curbs there•
<br />on be improved by being graded
<br />and having constructed thereon a
<br />hydraulic cement concrete pave-
<br />ment six (6) inches thick laid
<br />upon a base of broken stone three
<br />(3) inches thick after rolling with
<br />a cushion of sand one (1) Inch
<br />thick laid between said broken
<br />stone base and said concrete pave-
<br />ment; provided however, that said
<br />cement concrete pavement shall
<br />have a thickness of eight (81
<br />Inches along each edge thereof
<br />nearest the center of said Chest-
<br />nut Street and shall taper to a
<br />thickness of six (6) inches three
<br />(3) feet from each of said edges.
<br />Reference is hereby made to the
<br />patent license agreement of Me-
<br />Everlast, Incorporated, dated the
<br />12th day of October, 1928, and
<br />now on file In the office of the
<br />Clerk of the City of Redwood
<br />City, and the same is made a part
<br />hereof.
<br />Reference is hereby made to the
<br />Patent licenseagreement of Con-
<br />crete Curing Inc. dated the 2nd
<br />day of December, 1929, and now
<br />on file in the office of the Clerk
<br />of the City of Redwood City, and
<br />the same is made a part hereof
