Fig <br />complete said lighting system and put same into complete working order, are <br />hereby included herein. <br />There shall also be furnished for said lighting system the follow- <br />ing G.E. Novalux constant current pole type transformers with suspension <br />hooks, as follows: One (1) catalog Ido. 286186 transformer normal rating <br />10 K.W. with forty (40) gallons of insulating oil; One (1) catalog Ido. <br />286187 transformer normal rating 15 K.W. with sixty (60) gallons of <br />insulating oil and one (1) catalog Ido. 286188°transformer normal rating <br />20 K.W. with sixty (60) gallons of insulating oil; said transformers to be <br />connected by the City of Redwood City. <br />There shall also be constructed and furnished three (3) services to <br />be located as shown on the plans, these services shall consist of one and <br />one-quarter (141) inch conduit and two (2) cables; they shall be equipped <br />with five thousand (5,000) volts out -door type non disconnecting potheads. <br />Services shall be installed to conform with G.O. 64A of the California <br />Railroad Commission and other State laws. <br />Said electroliers shall be connected with the existing circuits ncTr <br />installed on Broadway. <br />There is included in the work hereinbefore ordered in the construct- <br />ion and installation of said lighting system all intersections and term- <br />inations within the lines and limits of the above described streets and <br />avenues upon which said electroliers are to be constructed and installed, . <br />as the same are shown on the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifi- <br />cations prepared by the City Engineer of said City of Redwood City, and sub- <br />mitted this 7th day of July, 1930, be and they are hereby adopted as and <br />for the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications for doing <br />said work and making said improvements. <br />Reference is hereby made to the patent license agreement of the <br />Street Lighting & Equipment Company of California, a corporation, dated <br />'July 7th, 1930, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of <br />Redwood City and the same is made a part hereof. <br />AND WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City has <br />submitted and filed with said plans, profiles, detailed drawings and <br />specifications a map or plat showing the assessment district of lands <br />benefited by the work and improvements herein described, which map or <br />plat is entitled "Map Showing Assessment District under Resolution of <br />Intention No. M-10". <br />AND WHEREAS, the map or plat showing said assessment district <br />benefited by the work and improvements herein described has been examined <br />by and is satisfactory to said Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by theCouncil of the City of <br />Redwood City that the map or plat showing the assessment district benefited <br />by the work and improvements herein described, which #ap or plat is <br />entitled "Map Showipg the Assessment District under Resolution of Intention <br />No. M-1011, be and the same is hereby adopted and approved and said Coun- <br />cil does hereby determine and declare that the foregoing described work <br />and improvements are of more than local or ordinary public benefit and <br />will affect and benefit the lands and district shown on the hereinbefore <br />mentioned map or plat entitled "Map Showing Assessment District under <br />Resolution of Intention No. M-10", which district described and shown on <br />said map or plat said Council hereby declares to be the district benefited <br />by said work and improvements; and said Council further determines and <br />declares that the entire costs and expenses of said work and improvements <br />shall be and are hereby made chargeable against and shall be assessed <br />upon said lands and district shown on said map or plat herein mentioned, <br />which district is within .the limits of the City of Rech -rood City, County <br />of San Mateo, State of California. <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City, that the official elevations for the street grades of said streets <br />and avenues hereinbefore mentioned, crown grades, curb grades and grade <br />elevations for top of gutters be changed and grades different from -those <br />established or adopted prior to the adoption by the Council of said <br />City of Redwood City of the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and <br />specifications adopted by this resolution shall be adopted, and such <br />official and difference; and prior grades shall be modified and are hereby <br />modified and changed so that the official grades shall be and conform <br />to the official grades as shown on said plans, profiles, detailed draw- <br />ings and specifications adopted by this Resolution, which plans, profiles, <br />detailed drawings and specifications are now on file in the office of. <br />the Clerk of the City of Redwood City. All of the work and improvements <br />herein described shall be done and made to the new official grades as <br />shown on said plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications <br />adopted by this resolution, to which plans, profiles, detailed drawings <br />and specifications reference is hereby made for a description of the <br />grades at which said work is to be done and said improvements made and <br />-the same are made a part hereof.
