<br />and specifications adopted by this Resolution, which plans, profiles,
<br />detailed drawings and specifications are now on file in the office of the
<br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City. All of the work and improvements herein
<br />described shall be done and made to the new official grades as shown on
<br />said plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications adopted by
<br />this resolution, to which plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifi-
<br />cations reference is hereby made for a description of the grades at which
<br />said work is to be done and said improvements made and the same are made a
<br />part hereof. All grades between points as shorn on said plans, profiles
<br />and detailed drawings shall be a straight line. All such grades and elevations
<br />herein established are in feet and decimals thereof above the City Base
<br />of the City of Redwood City.
<br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the width of the streets and avenues
<br />herein mentioned and described, and the width of the roadways of said
<br />streets and avenues and the width of the sidewalks of said streets and
<br />avenues are to be and are as shown upon the plans, profiles, detailed
<br />drawings and specifications adopted by this resolution.
