<br />Street and El Camino Real be
<br />improved as follows, to-wlt:
<br />(1) By having file four (4) ex -
<br />']sting single light electroliers be-
<br />tween Maple Street and the South-
<br />ern Pacific Company's right of
<br />way removed.
<br />(2) By having all trees stand-
<br />ing between the curb and side-
<br />walk on both sides of Main Street
<br />between Maple Street and EI Ca-
<br />mine Real removed,
<br />(3) By having constructed there-
<br />on forty-one (41) two -sight electro-
<br />liers with 30"x30"x30" concrete
<br />bases, said two -light electroliers to
<br />be Union Metal Manufacturing
<br />Company design 8092, built to ob-
<br />tain a light center of 17 feet 9
<br />inches measured from the side-
<br />walk line with two (2) G. E. Form
<br />12 Novalux Units Catalog Ne.
<br />257693 to each electrolier; said two -
<br />light clectroliers to be equipped
<br />Iwith 600 C. P. 20 Amp. Mazda
<br />Series lamps, together with all con-
<br />duct, cable, wiring and appurte-
<br />tnances necessary to complete said
<br />lighting system and put same into
<br />complete working order are here-
<br />by included herein,
<br />(4) There shall also be furnished
<br />for said lighting system the fol.
<br />lowing G. E. Novalux constant•
<br />current pole type transformers
<br />with suspension hooks, to -wit: ,Two
<br />(2) catalog No. 286187 G. E. Nova -1
<br />lux constant current out door pole
<br />type lighting transformers, each
<br />complete with suspension hooks
<br />and sixty (64) gallons of insulating
<br />oil, primary windings 2300 volts, 60
<br />cycles With taps for 200 volts, sec-
<br />ondary
<br />eaondary winding 6.6 amperes nor-
<br />mal rating 15 X. NV.; said trans-
<br />formers will be connected by the
<br />City of Redwood City.
<br />(5) There shall also be con-
<br />structed and furnished two (2)
<br />services to be located as shown
<br />on the plans. These services shall
<br />consist of one and one-quarter
<br />(11/4) inch conduit and two (2)
<br />cables; they shall be equipped
<br />with 5000 volt out door type non -
<br />disconnecting potheads and In-
<br />stalled to conform with G. 0
<br />64-A of the California Railroad
<br />Commission and the other State
<br />laws,
<br />The electroliers to be placed be-
<br />tween Maple Street and the South-
<br />orn Pacific Company's right of
<br />way shall be connected with the
<br />existing circuits now on Main
<br />Street.
<br />There is included in the work
<br />hereinbefore ordered in the con-
<br />struction and installation of 'Said
<br />lighting system all • Intersections
<br />and terminations within the lines
<br />and limits of the above described
<br />streets upon which said electroliers
<br />are to be constructed and Installed.
<br />Reference Is hereby made to the
<br />• patent Iicense agreement of the,
<br />Street Lighting & Equipmen't Coln -
<br />pony of California, a corporation,
<br />slated July 28, 19301 and now on
<br />file in the office of the Cleric of
<br />the City of Redwood City and the
<br />same is made a part hereof,
