<br />Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Dusel, the map was approved.

<br />Upon motion of Councilman Beeger, seconded by Councilman McNulty affidavits of posting
<br />;f and publishing notice of filing street assessment and of time.Pi.;ed for hearing, were
<br />ordered filed,
<br />Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Dusel, offered the following Resolution con-

<br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING STREET ASSESSMENT N09 M-1.
<br />WHEREAS' the assessment for stre6t work done under that certain
<br />contract dated the 19t1i day of Map, 1930,'bet*si n the Peninsula'Pading
<br />Company, a corporation, the party of the first pant, and'C:L,'Dimmitt,
<br />as Supeiintendent'of Streets of the City of Redwo64`City, partyof the
<br />second part, for the doing of'all street work mentioned and described
<br />in Resolution of -Intention No, M-1, passed and adopted'by'the Council
<br />of the City of'Redwood City on the 3rd day'oP March; 1930, and now on
<br />file in the office of the Clerk`of said City, to,which Resolutidn'oP "
<br />Ifitention referen6e i6 hereby made for a description of said work, was
<br />filed in the offxc6,of'the Clerk of said City of _.Redwood City on the
<br />j 25th day of July, 1930; and

<br />August,'1930, at the hour of '10:00 o'clock A.M. of"sala'day. at the meet-

<br />l Chamber in the City Hall on Webster Stieet'i1i said:, City; as the time and
<br />place of hearing on said asaesim6fit0 as required by -.law, and as the time
<br />and place for making'written objections thereto.,,as,provided Por in the
<br />improvement Act of 1911; and
<br />WHEREAS,'notice of the filing of siid.asse.sipsnt and'of'the time
<br />fi.�ted for hearing thereon was duly given by"posting, publishing', as
<br />required by law, as appears from the affidavits of B.E. Myers and
<br />L.C. Benning; now on file in the office of the .Clerk of said City of
<br />Redwood City; and
<br />WHEREAS, at the time and place last herein mentioned, no objeo-
<br />tions of any kind were made against said assessment; and
<br />WHEREAS, said. Council of the City of Redwood City has now acquired
<br />jurisdiction thereon:
<br />ivanrrun., BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood
<br />f City, County of San Mateo, State of California, that the assessment
<br />above mentioned for street work done under Resolution of Intention No.
<br />M-1 hereinbefore referred to herein be and the same is hereby approved
<br />and adopted, and the Superintendent of Streets of said City of Redwood
<br />City is hereby directed to attach i warrant thereto and deliver same to
<br />the coutrdctor, as required by law.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at
<br />a,regular adjourned meeting thereof held on the 11th day of August, 1930s,
<br />by the following vote:
