The Clerk of the City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to post a notice of said work and improvements, together with the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications therefor, conspicuously for five days on or near the Council Chamber door of the Council of said City of Redwood City inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work and making the improvements ordered herein. Said City Clerk is also ordered and directed to publish a notice inviting such sealed proposals or bids and referring to the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications posted or on file for the period required by law in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper of general circulation published, printed and circulated in the City of Redwood City, and hereby designated for that purpose by the Council of said City. It is further ordered that said sealed proposals or bids be publicly opened, examined and declared by the Council of said City of Redwood City at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 25th day of August, 1930.
