AND WHEREAS, City Engineer*of the City of Redwood City has submitted <br />and filed with said plans, profiles, detailed drawings.and specifications a <br />map or plat showing the assessment district 40 benefited by the work <br />and improvements herein described, which map or plat'is entitled "Map Showing <br />Assessment District under Resolution of Intention No. M-Ifj and <br />WHER'KS,"said: plans; profiles' detailed drawings• and speost?i ationa <br />end map showing assessment diatriict tor::the,work•.and. •improvements hereidd <br />described.,are'=satiafaotory to dafdcCovnoil: <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it further resolved by the Council of the City <br />of Redwood City that the map or plat showing the assessment district <br />benefited by -the work and improvements Herein deacribed; which map or <br />plat is entitled 'Map Showing the Assessment District under Resolution <br />of Intention No. M -14a', be and the same is hereby.adopted and approved <br />and said Council does hereby determine and declare that the foregoing <br />described work and improvements are of more than local or ordinary public <br />benefit and will affect and benefit the lands and.district shown on the <br />hereinbeforementioned map or plat entitled "kap."Showing Assessment <br />District under Resolixtion of Intention No. M-14"; which distriot'described <br />and shown on said map or plat said Council hereby declares to be'the' <br />district benefited by said work and improvements; and.said Council further <br />determiner and declares that the entire costs and eapensea of said work <br />and improvements shall be and'are hereby made, chargeable against and <br />shall be assessed upon said lands'and district shown on said map or plat <br />herein mentioned; which district is within the limits.of the City of Red- <br />wood City, County of San Mateo, State of CaUornia. <br />"AND pE"IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Council of'the City of Redwood ` <br />City;'that the official elevations'for'the street grader of said streets <br />and avenues hereinbefore mentioned, crown grades,'6urb'grades and grade` <br />elevations for top of gutters be changed and grades different from those <br />established or adopted gior`to the adoption'by the Council of said City <br />of Redwood City of the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifi- <br />oatio;is adopted by'this resolution shall be adopted, and such official <br />and different and prior grades shall be modified.and-are hereby modified <br />and changed so'that'the offi6i6l grades. shall be. and "conform to the <br />official' grades as shown on said plans, profiles,',letailed drawings and; <br />specifications' adopted by this resolution, which -plans ,'profiles, detailed <br />drawings and specifications are now on file.in the office of the Clerk of <br />the City of Redwood City. All of the -work and improvements herein des-' <br />cribed shall be'done and made'to"the new official gridgs'as shown on said <br />plans, profiles, detailed drawings'and specifications adopted by`this <br />resolution, -to "which pians;-profiler,'detailed"drawings"end specifications <br />reference'is hereby made'for* a description of the grades at which said <br />work is to be done'anaisaid'improvements' made ind'the same are"made a <br />part hereof.
