<br />�,rnprovemerits are of more than local or ordinary public
<br />benefit and will affect and benefit the lands and district shown on the
<br />hereinbefore mentioned map or plat entitled "Map Showing Assessment
<br />District under Resolution of Intention No. M-14", which district described
<br />and shown on said map or plat said Council hereby declares to be the
<br />district benefited by said work and improvements; and said Council further
<br />determines and declares that the entire costs and expenses of said work
<br />and improvements shall be and are hereby made chargeable against and
<br />shall be assessed upon said lands and district shown on said map or plat
<br />herein mentioned, which district is within the limits of the City of Red-
<br />wood City, County of San Mateo, State of California.
<br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood
<br />City, that the official elevations for the street grades of said streets
<br />and avenues hereinbefore mentioned, crown grades, curb grades and grade
<br />elevations for top of gutters be changed and grades different from those
<br />established or adopted prior to the adoption by the Council of said City
<br />of Redwood City of the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and,specifi-
<br />cations adopted by this resolution shall be adopted, and such official
<br />and different and prior grades shall be modified and are hereby modified
<br />and changed so that the official grades shall be and conform to the
<br />official grades as shown on said plans, profiles, detailed drawings and
<br />specifications adopted by this resolution, which plans, profiles, detailed
<br />drawings and specifications are now on file in the office of the Clerl: of
<br />the City of Redwood City. All of the work and improvements herein des-
<br />cribed shall be done and made to the new official grades as shown on said
<br />plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications adopted by this
<br />resolution, to which plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications
<br />reference is hereby made for a description of the grades at which said
<br />work is to be done and said improvements made and the same are made a
<br />part hereof. All grades between points as shown on said plans, profiles
<br />and detailed drawings shall be a straight line. All such grades and
<br />elevations herein established are in feet and decimals thereof above the
<br />City Base of the City of Redwood City.
<br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the width of the streets ,and
<br />avenues herein mentioned and described, and the width of the roadways of
<br />said streets and avenues, and the width of the sidewalks of said streets
<br />and avenues are to be and are as shown upon the plans,-progiles, detailed
<br />drawings and specifications adopted by this resolution.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at
<br />a regular adjourned meeting thereof held on the 25th day of August, 1930,
<br />by the following vote:
