<br />Minutes of the ::eeting held September lEth were approved on motion. of Councilman Beeger,

<br />Corm:unication received fron the Planning Commission approving the application of Lay
<br />Walter for a gasoline service station at tine northwest corner of State l;ig1Tvxy and
<br />,7ellesle;.• Avenue, was received and filed. Upon motion of Councilman Hinman,
<br />seconded by Council::an Dusel, said application was granted.
<br />Application of ,:scociated Oil Company for a permit for a gasoline service station on
<br />the Bayshore Highway at tl,c corner of :"iddlefield oad, was on notion of Councilman
<br />McNulty, seconded by Councilman Hinman, received and filed and laid over until the
<br />next regular meeting for a report from the Planning, Commission.
<br />'.:oved Icy councilman Beeger, seconded by Councilman 1-cCarthy, and carried, that a
<br />temporary permit be issued to B. Arata for the occupancy of the old Ford garage,
<br />as a coal and fuel yard.
<br />Ir_ the matter of Resolution of Intention No. 1,1-14, affidavit of posting notice irvi.ting
<br />sealed proposals and affidavit of publication of the save were received and filed.
<br />On motion of Councilman YcLu=ty, seconded by Councilman Beeger, the follcwing bids
<br />were then publicly opened, examined and declared 1,,,r said Council, to -wit:
