<br />installments as the general taxes of the City on real property are payable,
<br />and shall become delinquent at the same time and in the same proportionate
<br />amounts and bear the same proportionate penalties for delinquency. Said
<br />bonds shall be signed by the Treasurer of said City of Redwood City and be
<br />countersigned by the,Clerk of said City, who shall affix thereto the corporate
<br />seal of said City. The interest coupons attached to said bonds shall be
<br />signed by the Treasurer of said City, or bear his engraved, printed or ,
<br />lithorgraphed signature, and such signing and sealing of said bonds by
<br />said officers, and the signing of said coupons by said Treasurer, shall
<br />consitifite and be a binding execution of each and every one of said bonds
<br />and all of said coupsons thereof, respectively. Said bonds shall be
<br />substantially in the form set forth in the ".improvement Bond Act of 1915"
<br />of the State of California, as amended and'now in effect. The interest
<br />coupons attached to said bonds and evidencing the interest to accrue and
<br />become due thereon shall be numbered consecutively, beginning with the
<br />number 'one", inclusive and shall be substantially in the following form,
<br />to -wit:

<br />Said bonds shall forthwith be delivered to the Contractor in

<br />Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of October,

<br />Upon motion of Councilman Hildebrant, seconded by Councilman McCarthy, and carried,
<br />affidavits of posting and publication of the Notice of Filing Unpaid Assessment
<br />List under Resolution of Intention No. M4 were received and filed.
<br />There being no objections to the issuing of bonds under Resolution of Intention No, M-2,
<br />Councilman Hinman, seconded by Councilman Dusel, offered resolution issuing bonds
<br />under Resolution of Intention No. M-2 and moved its adoption:
<br />AN ORDER PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT BOBDS,
<br />PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATIONS OF SUCH BONDS AND OF THE INTEREST
<br />COUPONS ATTACHED THERETO.
<br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City, County of San
<br />Mateo, State of California, did, on the 17th day of March, 1930, pass and
<br />adopt its Resolution of Intention No. M-2 for the improvement of a portion
<br />of Ebener Street sidewalks between Roosevelt Avenue and Oak Avenue in
<br />said City of Redwood City, under and pursuant to the provisions of the
<br />Improvement Act of 1911 and amendments thereto, and under the provisions
<br />of the improvement Bond Act of 1915, and amendments thereto, and t o the
<br />resolutions, notices and other proceedings of said Council duly adopted
<br />and taken, reference to said Resolution of Intention No. M-2 being hereby
<br />expressly made for a description of said work and for further particulars,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, the contract for said work and improvements was duly
