318, The City Attorney presented a deed from Leonard and Holt to the City of Redwood City, Councilman Beeger, seconded by Councilman Hildebrant, offered the following resolution accepting. said deed and moved its adoption: .RESOLVED'by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the hereunto annexed deed, dated the 27th day of September, 1930, and made between LEONARD & HOLT, a corporation, the party of the first part, and the CITY OF REDMOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, party of the second part, be and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Redwood City, and the Clerk of this Council is hereby ordered to have the same recorded in the office'of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California.
