<br />duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
<br />Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of November,
<br />1930, by the following vote:

<br />Noes: Councilmen NONE.

<br />The City Attorney offered affidavits of publishing and posting of the notice of filing
<br />unpaid assessment list under Resolution of Intention M-9 and, upon motion of
<br />Councilman Dusel, seconded by Councilman Hildebrant, they were ordered filed.
<br />Whereupon, Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Hildebrant, offered the
<br />foll(wring resolution confirming street assessment tinder Resolution of Intention
<br />11-9, being work done on Lathrop and Maple Streets:
<br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING STREET ASSESSMENT NO. M-9
<br />WHEREAS, the assessment for street work done under that certain
<br />contract dated the 26th day of August, 1930, between W.A. Dontanville,
<br />party of the first part, and C.L. Dimmitt, as Superintendent of Streets
<br />of the City of Redwood City, party of the second part, for the doing of
<br />all street work mentioned and described in Resolution of Intention No.
<br />M3 9, passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on
<br />the 16th day of June, 1930, and norr on file in the office of the Cleric
<br />of said City, to which Resolution of Intention reference is hereby made
<br />for a description of said work, was filed in the office of the Clerk
<br />of said City of Redwood City on the 30th day of October, 1930; and
<br />WM-REAS, said City Clerk did thereupon fix Monday, the 17th day
<br />of November, 1930, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of said day, at
<br />the meeting place of the Council of the City of Redwood City, in the
<br />Coimcilz,8hamber in the City Hall on Webster Street in said City,'as the
<br />time and place Sf�hearing on'said ah�esblhent;'as tequiredby'.Iait,"and
<br />at the time and place'..for jai -&&written objections thereto, as provi-
<br />ded for in the improvement Act of 1911; and
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the filing of said assessment and of the time
<br />fired for hearing thereon was duly given by posting, publishing and
<br />mailing, as required by lair, as appears from the affidavits of B.E. Myers
<br />and L.C. Benning, now on file in the office of the Clerk of said City
<br />of Redwood City; and
<br />WHEREAS, at the time and place last herein mentioned, no objec-
<br />tions of any kind were made against said assessment; and
<br />WHEREASy said Council of the City of Redwood City has now acquired
<br />jurisdiction thereon;
<br />'THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood
<br />City, County of San Mateo, State of California, that the assessment
<br />above mentioned for street work done under Resolution of Intention No.
<br />M-9 Hereinbefore referred to herein be and the same is hereby approved
<br />and adopted, and the Superintendent of Streets of said City of Redwood
<br />City is hereby directed to attach A warrant thereto anddeliver same to
<br />the contractor, as required by law.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at
<br />a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of November, 1930, by
<br />the following vote:
