Said bonds shall be signed by the Treasurer of said City of Redwood City and be countersigned by the Clerk of said City, who shall affix thereto the corporate seal of said City. Upon motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Beeger, the City Treasurer was instructed to dray a warrant in favor of the American Red Cross for $100.00. Councilman McCarthy led in a discussion concerning the probable widening of El Camino Real through the City and the possible legislation affecting it. Upon motion of Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Hildebrant, the approved claims were ordered paid.
