Said bonds shall be signed by the Treasurer of said City <br />of Redwood City and be countersigned by the Clerk of said City, who shall <br />affix thereto the corporate seal of said City. The interest -coupons <br />attached to said bonds shall be signed by the Treasurer of said City, or <br />bear his engraves, printed or lithographed signature, and such signing <br />and sealing of said bonds by said officers, and the signing of said <br />coupons by said Treasurer, shall constitute and be a binding execution <br />and each and every one of said bonds and all of said coupons thereof, <br />respectively.'' -Said bonds shall be substantially in the form set forth <br />in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915" of the State of California, as <br />amended and now in effect. It was suggested, <br />howeveV. that he communicate with the owners to see what could be done. <br />D L Walter addressed the Board along the some line about other buildings on <br />Main Street and this matter was referred to the Building Inspector. <br />f' <br />A <br />0 <br />
