DI 1 0 and district shown on the hereinbefore mention map or plat, entitled lm'iap Showing Assess- 43 ment District under Resolution of Intention No, L -3's which district described and shown on said map or plat said Council hereby declares to be the district benefited by said work and improvements, and said Council further determines and declares that the entire costs and expenses of said work and improvements shall be and are hereby made chargeable against and sh- all be assessed upon said lands and district shown on the map or plat herein mention, which district is within the limits of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo,.Satae of California. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Redwood City that the off - ficial elevations for the street grades of said streets and avenues hereinbefore mentioned, crown grades, curb grades and grade elevations for top of gutters be changed and grades dif- ferent from those established or adopted prior to the adoption by the Council of said Town of Redwood City of the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications adopted by this resolution shall be adopted, and such official and different and prior grades shall be mod- ified and are here -by modified and changed so that the official grades shall be and conform to the official grades as shown on said plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications are now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the Town of Redwood City. All of the work and improvements herein described shall be done and made to the new official grades as shown on said plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications adopted by this resolution, to which plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications reference is hereby made for a description of the grades at which said work is to be done and said improvements made and the same are made a part hereof. All such grades and elevations herein established are in feet and decimals thereof above the Town Base of the Town of Redwood City, AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the width of the streets and avenues herein men- tioned and described, and the width of the roadways of said streets and avenues, and the width of ftd:'sidewalks of said streets and avenues are to be and are as shown upon the plans, profi- les, detailed drawing and specifications adopted by this resolutiona Passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 18th day of February, 1929, by the following vote: } Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Councilmen: Z.T.Thorning, D.R.Stafford, E.M.Dearborn, G.W.McNulty, Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Councilmen, NONE , + Absent, Councilmen, H.A.Beeger „ Attest: W.A.Price, Cleric of the Town of Redwood City. + G.
