City that the off - icial elevations for the street grades of said streets and avenues hereinbefore mentioned, c -roan grades, curb grades and grade elevations for top of gutters be charged and grades dif- ferent from those established or adopted prior to the adoption by the Council of said Town of Redwood City of the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications adopted by this resolution shall be adopted, and such official and different and prior grades shall be mod- ified and are here -by modified and changed so that the official graces shall be and conform to the official grades as shown on said plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications are now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the Town of Redwood City. All of the work and improvements herein described shall be done and made to the new official grades as shown on said plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications adopted by this resolution, to which plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications reference is hereby made for a description of the grades at which said work is to be done and said improvements made and. the same are made a part hereof. All such grades and elevations herein established are in feet and decimals thereof above the Town Base of the Town of Redwood City. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the width of the streets and avenues herein men- tioned and described, and the width of the roadways of said streets and avenues, and the width of the sidewalks of said streets and avenues are to be and are as shorn upon the plans, profi- les, detailed drawing and specifications adopted by this resolution.
