RESOLVED, that it is the in-
<br />tention of the Council of the Town
<br />of Redwood City, County of San
<br />Mateo, State of California, to order
<br />the following work to be done and
<br />improvements to be made in said
<br />Town of Redwood City, to -Nit:
<br />That Lexington Avenue from the
<br />southwesterly line of the roadway
<br />of Myrtle Street to the southeast-
<br />erly line of the roadway of James
<br />Avenue (or James Street) includ-
<br />mg all intersections or termina-
<br />tions or portions thereof, be im-
<br />provby graded
<br />ea
<br />and for the
<br />ful( width thereof
<br />length hereinabove mentioned and
<br />described and that the roadway
<br />and portions of roadways within
<br />the lines and limits above describ.
<br />ed be paved with a cement con-
<br />crete pavement five (5) inches
<br />in thickness laid upon a base of
<br />broken stone three (3) inches in'
<br />thickness after rolling with a
<br />cushion of sand one (1) inch in
<br />thickness between said broken
<br />stone base and said concrete pave-
<br />ment; provided, however, that said
<br />cement concrete pavement shall
<br />sewer and extending from the
