<br />AN ORDER PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT
<br />BONDS? PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATIONS OF SUCH BONDS
<br />AND OF THE INTEREST COUPONS ATTACHED THERETO.
<br />WHEREAS, toe Council of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of Cailfo-
<br />rnia, did, on the 4th day of September, 1928, pass its Resolution of Intention No, K-9, for
<br />the improvement of a pottion of Jefferson Avenue in said Town of Redwood City, under and pur-
<br />suant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911," and the amendments thereto, and to
<br />the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915" and the amendments thereto, and to the resolutions, notices
<br />and other proceedings of said Council duly adopted and taken, reference to said Resolution
<br />of Intention No.K-9 being hereby expressly made for a description of said work and for futher
<br />particulars; to -wit:
<br />WHEREAS, the contract for said work and improvements was duly awarded and thereafter
<br />duly completed to satisfaction of the Street Superintendent and of said Council of said Town
<br />of Redwood City, whereupon an assessment and warrant were made, recorded and delivered to the
<br />contractor in time, -"form and manner as required by said acts, and the Contractor having made due
<br />'e returns thereon, and the same having been duly recorded; and
<br />WHEREAS, on the 13th day of February, 1929, the Street Superintendent of the Town of
<br />Redwood City made and filed with the 'Town Clerk of said Town a complete list of all assessme-
<br />nts unpaid thereunder unpon the respective assessment numbers thereon, whereupon said Town
<br />i
<br />Clerk gave notice of filing of said list and fixed in said notice Monday, 4th day of March,
<br />1929, at the hour of 7.30 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the meeting place of the Council of the
<br />Town of Redwood City in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall on Webster Street in said Town
<br />as the time and place when interested persons might appear before said Council and show cause
<br />why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said list,
<br />said time being that of this regular meeting of said Council: and said Council having heard

<br />all objections and having passed upon on same, it is hereby determined that the assessments
<br />unpaid thereunder and aggregate amount of the same are as follows:
