<br />That Lexington Avenue from the
<br />southwesterly line of the roadway
<br />of Myrtle Street to the southeast-
<br />erly line of the roadway of James
<br />Avenue (or James Street) includ-
<br />1.
<br />ing all intersections or termina-
<br />tions or portions thereof, be im-
<br />proved by beim graded for the
<br />full width thereof and for the
<br />length hereinabove mentioned and
<br />described and, that the roadway
<br />and portions of roadways within
<br />the lines and limits above describ-
<br />ed be paved with a cement con-
<br />crete pavement five (5) inches
<br />in thickness laid upon a base of
<br />broken stone three (3) inches"in
<br />thickness ,after rolling with a
<br />cushion of sand one (1) inch in
<br />thickness between said broken
<br />stone base and said concrete pave-
<br />ment; provided, however, that said
<br />cement concrete pavement shall
<br />have a thickness of seven (7)
<br />Inches along the center line of
<br />said Lexington Avenue and taper
<br />to a thickness of five (5) inches
<br />at points three (3) feet on each
<br />side of said center line.
<br />That cement concrete curbs in-
<br />tegral with pAvement six (6) inch-
<br />es across the top and eleven (11)
<br />inches deep be constructed on both
<br />sides of said Lexington Avenue
<br />from the southwesterly line of
<br />Myrtle Street to the southeasterly
<br />line of James Avenue (or James
<br />Street) including all corners of
<br />intersecting or terminating streets
<br />or avenues; said cement concrete
<br />curb shall be laid upon a base of
<br />broken stone three (3) inches thick
<br />after rolling and with a cushion of
<br />sand one (1) inch thick between
<br />the broken stone base and the con-
<br />crete pavement.
<br />That a six (6) inch vitrified salt
<br />glazed tile pipe sewer be con-
<br />structed on Lexington Avenuefrom
<br />the existing manhole at the center
<br />line of Myrtle Street southwester-
<br />ly along the center line of Lex-
<br />ipgton Avenue for a distance of
<br />2.13.26 feet, and also that two (2)
<br />bricks manholes with cast iron
<br />frames and covers be constructed
<br />along the line of said sewer; and
<br />also that four (4), four (4) inch
<br />vitrified salt glazed tile pipe
<br />sewer laterals be constructed along
<br />the line of said sewer and extend -
<br />Ing from the main sewer in center
<br />line of street to points two (2)
<br />feet southeasterly from the south-
<br />easterly curb line of said street,
<br />and also that two (2) such laterals
