Clements of Redwood City Tribune on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk of the City of Redwood City; and <br />MRIEAS, it appears that said special municipal election was held in <br />accordance with law and with said call, on the 11th day of June, 1936, as aforesaid, <br />and that the polls at said election were kept open during the time required by law, <br />and that said election was held and conducted and the votes thereat received and <br />canvassed, and the returns thereof ascertained, determined and declared, all as <br />provided by the laws of the State of California and by said ordinance; and <br />WHBSREAS, on this day, to -wit, Monday, the 15th day of June, 1936, at the <br />hour of 5:00 oIclock p. m., the Council of said City of Redwood City met at its <br />usual place of meeting and has canvassed the returns of said election as required <br />213E <br />
