MYERS$ City Clerk of the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, California, do hereby <br />certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution duly <br />adopted at a Regular Adjourned meeting of the Council of said City duly and regularly <br />held at the regular meeting place thereof on the 8th day of November, 1937, of which <br />meeting all of the members of said Council had due notice and at which a majority <br />thereof was present; that at said meeting said resolution was introduced by Council- <br />man McNulty and read in full and was thereupon, upon motion of Councilman McNulty, <br />seconded by Councilman Fletcher, adopted by the following vote: <br />Ayes:' L. C. Christensen, J. M. Eva, E. A. Fletcher, Wm. Hohn, Robert N. <br />Jones, Geo. W. McNulty, and Paul A. E. MYERS, City Clerk of the City of Redwood City, California, dohereby <br />certify that a special municipalelection was duly and regularly held in said City <br />of Redwood City on November 2, 1937, and that the returns of said election have <br />been duly and regularly made, and the result thereof has been duly and regularly <br />canvassed and declared by the Council of the City of Redwood City on November 8, <br />1937 (the first Monday after said election) at the hour of 8 o'clock P.
