<br />PROPOSITION NO. 1:
<br />Shall the City of Redwood
<br />City incur a bonded indebted-
<br />ness in the aggregate principal
<br />amount of $575,000 in accord-
<br />ance with the provisions of the
<br />Ordinance calling the election
<br />at which this proposition is
<br />submitted, for the purpose of
<br />acquiring under eminent do -
<br />proceedings or otherwise
<br />the following municipal im-
<br />provement, to wit: The electrlc',
<br />distribution system of the Pacl-
<br />fie Gas and Electric Company
<br />within and adjacent to the City
<br />of Redwood City, including pri-
<br />mary and secondary circuits.
<br />distribution and service lined,
<br />poles, conduits, distribution
<br />transformers, meters, meter and
<br />transformer records, easements,
<br />rights of way, fixtures, equip-
<br />ment, apparatus and other
<br />works, property or structures
<br />necessary or convenient for the
<br />distribution of electric energy
<br />to said City and its inhabitants
<br />for light, heat and power (ex -
<br />eluding certain properties of the
<br />Pacific Gas and Electric Com-
<br />pany consisting generally of
<br />lands, certain buildings, old sub-
<br />station, automotive equipment,
<br />and certain other properties),
<br />all as more particularly deserib-
<br />ed in the proceedings of said
<br />City of Redwood City before the
<br />Railroad Commission of they
<br />State of California in the mat -J
<br />ter of the petition of said City
<br />for the determination of just
<br />compensation for such proper-[
<br />ties of the Pacific Gas and
<br />Electric Company (Applicatlon,
<br />No. 19824, Decision No. 30033)'
<br />PROPOSITION NO. 2:
<br />Shall the City of Redwood

<br />duits, transformers, meters sub
<br />stations, Insulators, switches,
<br />distribution and service wires
<br />fixtures, apparatus and equip-
<br />ment, and all other works, prop-
<br />erty or structures necessary or
<br />convenient for distributing else,
<br />trio energy to said City and its
<br />Inhabitants for light, heat and
