The hourly,wage.rate prescribed here- <br />inabove is the per diem rate divided by the aforementioned number of hours <br />constituting a working day. <br />The above schedule of wage rates is the general prevailing rate of per <br />diem wages for work of a similar character in the locality in which the work <br />described above is to be performed. <br />i? Rates for legal holidays and Sundays shall be double the rate hereinabove <br />described. <br />4 Rates for over -time shall be one and one-half (1j) times the rates here- <br />inabove described." <br />} <br />f <br />On motion of Councilman Fletcher, seconded by Councilman Anderson, Sante Panga, 2303 <br />E1 Camino Real Real, was granted a restaurant license. <br />Mr. I. J.
