Following the inspection of these, Councilman <br />' McNulty, seconded by Councilman Werder, proposed adoption of the follow- <br />ing resolution. Carried. <br />"RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, PROFILES, SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND MAP OR PLAT OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT DISTRICT N0. 1940-1 <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City, County of San <br />Mateo, State of California, that the plans, profiles, detailed drawings <br />and specifications for doing the following work and making the follow- <br />ing improvements in the City of Redwood City, to -wit: <br />That the southeasterly side of Brewster Avenue from the northeast- <br />erly curb line of Myrtle Street to a point which is distant 135 feet <br />northeasterly along said Brewster Avenue from the center line of Myrtle <br />Street, and from the southwesterly curb line of King Street to a point <br />which is distant 135 feet southwesterly along said Brewster Avenue from <br />the center line of King Street; <br />That the northwesterly and southeasterly sides of Katherine Street <br />from the northeasterly curb line of Myrtle Street to the southwesterly <br />property line of Fulton Street; <br />That the northwesterly and southeasterly sides of James Avenue from <br />a point which is distant 180 feet southwesterly from the center line of <br />Nevada Street to the southwesterly property line of Fulton Street; <br />r <br />That the northwesterly and southeasterly sides of Harrison Avenue <br />from a point which is distant 40 feet southwesterly from the center line <br />of Myrtle Street to the southwesterly property line of Fulton Street; <br />That the northeasterly and southwesterly sides of Grand Street from <br />a point which is distant 180 feet northwesterly from the center line of <br />Katherine Street to the northwesterly property line of Jefferson Avenue; <br />That the northeasterly and southwesterly sides of Hudson Street <br />from the northwesterly line of Katherine Street to the northwesterly <br />property line of Jefferson Avenue; <br />That the northeasterly and southwesterly sides of Iris Street from <br />a point which is distant 80 feet northwesterly from the center line of <br />Katherine Street to the northwesterly property line of Jefferson Avenue; <br />That the northeasterly and southwesterly sides of Jeter Street and <br />King Street from the southeast property line of Brewster Avenue to the <br />northwesterly property line of Jefferson Avenue; <br />That the northeasterly and southwesterly sides of Lowell Street from <br />a point which is distant 330 feet northwesterly from the center line of <br />Katherine Street to the northwesterly property line of James Avenue; <br />That the northeasterly and southwesterly sides of Myrtle Street.from <br />the southeasterly property line of Katherine Street to the northwesterly <br />curb line of Jefferson Avenue; <br />That the northeasterly side of Harrison Avenue from the end of the <br />curb return at James Avenue to the southeast property line of said James <br />Avenue; <br />That the southwesterly side of Avenue del Ora from the end of the <br />curb return at James Avenue to the southeast property line of said James <br />Avenue; <br />That the northeasterly and southwesterly sides of Nevada Street from <br />the ends of the curb returns at James Avenue to the northerly property <br />line of said James Avenue; <br />be improved by having constructed thereon and therein cement concrete <br />sidewalks four (4) inches thick and five (5) feet wide, said sidewalks <br />to be laid upon a base or cushion of sandtwo (2) inches in thickness <br />
