ANDERSON <br />Mayor of the City of 'Redwood City'' <br />Carried. <br />The following resolutions were unanimously adopted on motion -of Councilman <br />McNulty, seconded by Councilman Christensen; <br />"RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the <br />hereunto annexed'Quitclaim Deed dated the 12th day of.August, 1941, <br />and Made between WILLIAM RICHARD and MARIE M. RICHARD, his wife, <br />the parties of the first part, and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br />municipal corporation in the County of San Mateo, State of California, <br />the party of ,the,second part, be and the same is hereby accepted by <br />the City of Redwood .City, and the Clerk of said City is hereby author- <br />ized and directed 'to hate said Quitclaim Deed recorded in the office <br />of the Recorder of the County,of San Mateo, State of California. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City, <br />at a `regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of October, 1941, by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen L.
