Me <br />ON ROLL CALL the following were present: Councilman Carl A. Britschgi, Councilman Floyd <br />De Granger, Councilman He E. Holmquist, Councilman William E. Werder, Mayor VT. We <br />Hilton and City Clerk Re S. Dodge. Councilman Arthur V. Swift absent. Also <br />present were: City Manager E. A. Rolison, Police Chief C. L. Collins, Building <br />Inspector L. Me Duncan, Fire Chief J. L. Lodi, Auditor J. J. Brophy, City Attornell, <br />C. Be Currie, City Collector Paul Perrin, Assistant Engineer He L. Winter, <br />Assistant Building Inspector Stephen Kreiss. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Approved as mailed on motion of Councilman Werder seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Britschgi and carried. <br />COMMUNICATION RECEIVED FROM PLANNING COMMISSION, Stating that dates for public hearings <br />on the proposed new Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Plan had been set for November lothl <br />t <br />and November 24th. Ordered filed. " <br />• t <br />COMMUNICATION FROM PLANNING COMMISSION, stating that they had passed a.motion at their <br />last meeting on October 13th, 1947, recommending granting the application of <br />Edward Spitzer to resubdivide Lot No. 1, Block No. 10, New High School Acres into <br />two parcels as shown on sketch submitted. Councilman Britschgi moved, and Coun- <br />cilman Werder seconded, motion that recommendation of the Planning Commission be <br />approved. Motion carried. <br />COMMUNICATION FROM PLANNING COMMISSION advising that the Commission after a public hear- <br />ing at which there were no protests, adopted a resolution recommending that the. <br />
