Accept, by motion, the construction improvements at 490 EI Camino <br />Real, and release the bonds following the submission of a <br />Maintenance Bond in the amount of $40,000.00, in accordance with <br />paragraph 9 of the Agreement. <br /> <br />2. Direct the City Clerk to accept on behalf of the City, the Grant: of <br />Sidewalk Easement and the Grant of Public Service Easement from <br />SFP Whipple, LLC, and to record a Certificate of Acceptance with <br />the Grant Deeds, in the office of the San Mateo County Recorder. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br />'1~AO)1Jv4\ .
