<br />All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo,
<br />State of California and being a portion of Lot 6 as shown upon that certain Subdivision
<br />Map filed for record in Book 1 of Maps at page 78, San Mateo County Records
<br />described as follows:

<br />Beginning at the most southerly comer of Parcel II as described in that certain Grant
<br />Deed to the State of California, recorded September 17, 1936 in Liber 707 at pages 275
<br />and 276, said point also being on the northwesterly line of Whipple Avenue;

<br />Thence along said northwesterly line, South 44°59'46" West, 179.32 feet;

<br />Thence leaving said line, North 45°00'14" West, 0.98 feet;
