D <br />RESOLUTION ON AGREEMETN'FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY 251 <br />having been examined by City Engineer Jain for technical details was offered and <br />moved for adoption by Councilman Granger, seconded by Councilman Holmquist, and <br />carried on roll call. Councilman Morgan, Spillers, and Werder were noted absent. <br />R E S 0 L U T I 0 N No . 739 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AGREEMENT <br />FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY. <br />WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works, <br />Division of Highways, has presented an Agreement for Maintenance of the State <br />Highway in the City of Redwood City for the period July 1, 1949 to Jund 30, 1950. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in full and is familiar <br />with the contents thereof; <br />THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />that said Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City is hereby <br />approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same in behalf <br />of said City. <br />ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 1949• <br />ATTEST: <br />RALPH S.
