<br />17HEREAS the description of the property conveyed in said deed was erroneous;
<br />NC(J, THEREF01EIBE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood City,
<br />that the Mayor and Clerk of said City be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a
<br />new deed to FLORENCE E. BROW"JN, which deed shall convey to said FLORENCE E. BRO'iM the following described
<br />property:
<br />All that real property in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of
<br />California, described as follows:
<br />Lot 24 in Block 1 as shovm on that certain map entitled "Map of Hooper and Cunning-
<br />ham Subdivision a part of Lots 28 and all of Lots 30 & 32 of the Vrooster,Whitton and
<br />Montgomery Is Subdivision of a part of the Redwood Farm,Redwood City, San Yateo Co.
<br />California" filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on April
<br />10,•1907 in Book "E" of Original Maps at page 58 and copied into Book 4 of Maps at
<br />Page 62;
<br />' BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said deed, together vrith a certified copy of this resolution,
<br />is hereby ordered to be recorded in the office of the County kecorder.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of redwood,Uity at an adjourned meeting thereof,
<br />held on the 26th day of September, 1949, by the following vote:

<br />Albert H.Morgan Jr., Robt V. Spillers, A.V.Swift, Mayor W. M.Werder and CitAlerk Ralph S.Dodge. Also
