City Engineer explained that this was referred to the Planning Commission because of ssveral requests in Friendly Acres area to de- velop plan lines in those blocks of 700 ft deep with requests to establish streets there. The County had allowed them to build all around the block, consequently lots were 3001 deep. Planning Commission had aerial pictures taken in order to study and the Engineers office were preparing plan lines. As one house existed on the lot the Planning Commission had previously denied a 4)lit of thol.ot. Motion carried.
